New Cans from Nozib

New Cans from Nozib

Fresh in our fridges is the latest release from small batch brewery Nozib

For this release, Michael used hops from his favorite grower, New Zeland’s @freestylehops. Elegantly dry and bursting with tropical papaya, these beers showcase all that the small but mighty island of New Zealand can add to hop forward beers.

Our favorite has to be Goseteria #1, inspired by a fancy dessert made with gooseberry, lemon, thyme, and sea salt. It’s the place where Mediterranean memories mingle with Central Europe’s sour side.

Also of remarkable note is Nelson Sauvin 24, which features mid & late harvest Nelson Sauvin hops from this year. Enigmatic papaya and green pepper keep you thinking all the way to a super dry finish.

The Black IPA is a delightful cup of fresh pink grapefruit & bergamot hand brew coffee but alas a beer. Light, drinkable, and refreshing.

Easy Going Rolls, the name says it all. Which is all the complexity you want in a session Cold IPA.

Of higher complexity, NEIPA Adventures #17 uses The Bruce Blend of the holy NZ hops, Nelson Sauvin, Mouteka, and Rakau. Super baby bottom smooth and tropical fruit.

Milk Your Way #1, a milk shake IPA that also uses The Bruce blend proved to be not so scary  (read- this writer & pub owner is scared of most milkshakes IPAs). Distinct pineapple take a ride on marshmallow fluff body leaving a little of the sugar behind.

All super good stuff. In our fridges and coming soon to our taps.
